Physicians and Nurses find that some of their patients frustrate and disappoint them. Their interactions with the patients they label as difficult has a negative impact on how the professionals practice and how the patients are treated. I introduce the under-discussed problem and introduce strategies for both parties in the interaction to make constructive changes.
