Physicians are reluctant to admit that there is much uncertainty about medical diagnoses and symptoms in our patients. Dr. Farzon Nahvi beautifully captures the challenges of working in a busy emergency department. This book captures the mood of one chaotic, tragic afternoon. It’s a fascinating read.
